LC Visits - the story
Thank you for a great weekend LC Ohrid and LC Prilep!On Friday, Sandra and I left for Ohrid to meet the LC and do some coaching. After stopping at every bus stop and desired bus stop possible, we arrived at 11:30am. Seeing the members in the LC is always fun, and I really like being in Ohrid. I love the lake! Outcome of the visit: decision on election date, more members understanding on functional areas, and I am going to go back there on the 18th. I need to go back to do more training sessions, help them organize a few matters in the LC and do some coaching talks with potential EB members. Hooray to going back to Ohrid soon!
Next stop, Prilep! Since only 1 member was able to go to MOSEM (conference), I haven’t seen these guys in awhile! It was great to catch, see how things were going and discover that things are starting to come along. They have ideas for projects that they have put to motion, and with a little bit of help and more training, these guys can not only improve LC Prilep, but also the entire University Education practices there and employment! So proud of their dreams and their desire to make it into a reality. These next few months will be crucial, so again I need to go there. Date undecided yet as now things are piling up. Boris will go there too to attend company meetings. Woohoo!
So that was the weekend.
Personal note, I am starting Macedonian classes! It was supposed to start last Monday, but somehow there was a problem, so instead today is day 1. Excited! I won’t have to demand “Angliski!” so often. Hehehe.
